What a year.
It's been quite a year for me. One of hurdles bounded, and fresh steps taken in new directions. As I have written before, this was the first year since the death of my wife that I have been able to feel like myself again. And the first that I've really been able to take stock of how far I've come, and how much healing I have been able to do. No small part of which is due to the love and support of my friends and family. They have always been there with a caring ear, and loads of encouragement. A few quotes from old posts:
"I hope you know that all your friends are thinking about you today. I hope you're okay."
"WOW dan 4years?.....were does the time go? I feel for you man, I almost cried thinking about how you must feel. We love you."
"I just want to say that I know how much you're hurting and maybe I could draw you a Homestar character or two to cheer you up a bit?"
"Part of the reason we all like you so much is because you do care so much... All of your friends forgive you for any moodiness, just like we do for all the rest of us too. Don't feel bad about it. Just try to move ahead and be a little happier from this point if there's any way you possibly can."
"Daniel, you're one heck of a guy, you know that? You're ultra-nice, funny, and take great pictures. And you love Homestar! All in all, you really are something."

But also no one would ever doubt how much your loved her, and for what its worth we all love you too."
Thanks for all of the love and support! I hope we only grow closer, and support each other all the more in the years to come!

Nice photos, Venus says you need to take off the picture at the hospital, I think they all look good, I'm glad your doing better.
